Papaw's Listening Tour

The last couple of times we've been in Tennessee, Madelyn and Papaw have been going for walks around the neighborhood. At first glance, one might think they were sharing a very lovely walk on a very lovely day having a very lovely chat. One would have to know them quite well to know that they were on a very lovely walk on a very lovely day but they weren't having a very lovely chat. Madelyn was talking and Papaw was listening.

And my guess would be that they both think it's just lovely --- just the way it is.
