It Had All the Makings of a Norman Rockwell Moment

There was a bit of nip in the air, I had two little Snuggle Bunnies curled up on my lap under a fuzzy blanket their Big Sister had made, and we were watching Sesame Street. Madelyn looked up at me very tenderly with the little, sly smile that is so a part of her little personality. I smiled back at her. I didn't really expect an exchange of words, but she had something to say in this moment.

She lifted her hand and pointed her little finger up at me and said, "You've got boogers in there."
